Providing a platform for sharing voices from the field is important and listening to what’s being said is even more important.  When we listen with our hearts, it increases our empathy and depth of understanding, and when we listen with our heads, the thoughts, ideas, and opportunities that are shared can coalesce into action – and action is what is needed to support rural communities who are at the frontline of conservation.
